Frozen tofu has a spongier texture than refrigerated tofu. This makes it easier to squeeze out the extra water and infuse with flavor!
Please Note: THIS IS A FROZEN PRODUCT! YOU MUST EITHER BE HOME DURING YOUR DELIVERY WINDOW (3-6pm on Wednesday) OR LEAVE OUT A COOLER. PLEASE KEEP FROZEN UNTIL YOU PLAN TO THE TOFU, IT HAS A VERY SHORT REFRIGERATED SHELF LIFE.

About Colorado Sun Tofu: Colorado Sun Tofu was developed by Henry Han. Colorado Sun Tofu proudly uses non-GMO soybeans. Their tofu is made by coagulating soy milk and pressing the resulting curds. This is then cut into soft cakes and packaged.
